Shipping and Order Processing
We process orders either on the same day, or no later than one (1) business day after the order is received and paid. If the order has pre-order items, the entire order will be sent once the pre-order items have arrived.
Note that due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than expected. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Please see the following for average transit times to the following countries.
AUSTRALIA
- Standard Service may take up to 3 to 6 business days.
- Express Service may take up to 1 to 3 business days.
- For all orders within Australia, if the receiver is not at home, it is up to the discretion of Australia Post to leave the parcel at your door, or to keep your parcel at your local Australia Post Office and await pick-up.
- Free deliveries within Sydney Metro are - if you are outside Sydney Metro area please request a delivery quote before proceeding with the payment.
NEW ZEALAND
- Standard Service may take up to 5 to 8 business days.
- Express Service may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
UK and USA
- Standard Service may take up to 6 to 12 business days.
- Express Service may take up to 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping costs are variable dependent on:
- Size
- Weight
- Type of service (e.g. Standard or Express)
Additional services:
- Signature on Delivery ($2.95)
- Domestic Transit Cover (1.5% of order value)
Free standard shipping is available for orders over AUD $100.
Signature on Delivery ($2.95):
- Australia Post offers a Signature on Delivery service that requires the receiver to sign for their goods upon reception.
- If the receiver is not at home, Australia Post will hold your parcel at the nearest Australia Post Office.
- This option can be used in conjunction with both Standard and Express Shipping.
SHIPPING TYPE
Standard Shipping:
- This option ships orders out at the normal rate.
Express Shipping:
- This option ships orders out at a faster rate than Standard Shipping.
TRANSIT COVER
- Transit Cover ensures that the value of your order is covered (up to a maximum of AUD$5,000).
- For all orders that have not purchased Transit Cover, we do not accept any liability for lost orders, and will not grant any returns or refunds.
- For all orders that do purchase Transit Cover, if your order has not been received within the allocated time-frame, we will launch an investigation with Australia Post to determine the status of your parcel. If Australia Post deems your parcel as "lost" we will cover the amount of the order within ten (10) days of the outcome from Australia Post.
- All investigation details can be made available upon request.
Domestic Transit Cover:
- For Transit Cover to be active, Signature on Delivery must also be selected.
- Domestic Transit Cover is 1.5% of the total order value.
International Transit Cover:
- International Transit Cover is 3% of the total order value.
Returns / Refunds, Cancellations, Damaged / Defective Products
We take pride in ensuring that your goods have been carefully picked are packaged with care to ensure your item is both of the highest possible quality, and arrives safely at your nominated delivery address.
We recognise the importance of keeping collectibles in mint condition, and do our best to ensure your products remain so during transit.
Despite our best efforts, some items do become damaged during transit. It this has been the case with your item, please contact us no later than five (5) business days of receiving your item and we will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify your situation. We may request photographic evidence of the damage caused, so please keep this on hand.
Please contact us no later than five (5) business days of receiving your products to open a case for damaged or defective items. Our customer service team will be in touch to assess your case.
If your products are indeed deemed damaged and / or defective, we will cover the cost to return the damaged goods to our head office, and issue a full refund.
Please note that we will only cover the cost of return shipping if a customer service representative has expressly stated that we will do so after you have opened a case with us at a maximum of five (5) business days after receiving your products.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about your product selection after your order has been received.
Please pick carefully!
All refunds are at the discretion of our customer service team. Unless your item is deemed damaged / defective by our customer service team, or is different from what was advertised, you will not be eligible to a refund.
In the event of a refund, you will receive your refund in the same manner in which you paid (i.e. credit card or PayPal). All refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the exchange rate (if any) at time of refund.
Credit Card
Refunds to credit cards will be made to the exact card that was used to purchase the item. The refund will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can take up to thirty (30) days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
In the event that your card is expiring or cancelled, you must email our customer service team immediately so the refund can be made through Bank Transfer or PayPal. We cannot refund money onto a different credit card.
PayPal
How a refund is credited depends on how the original payment was made:
- If you paid with your bank account or with PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance.
- If you paid by credit card, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to thirty (30) days for the refund to show up on the card statement.
Pre-Orders
A "pre-order" status on an item typically denotes that these items:
- Have recently been sold out, and you will be the first to receive the next shipment of that particular item.
- Are new products that we are awaiting the first shipment of.
Pre-ordering items are particularly important for limited release items, as we may run out of stock. Therefore, your only chance to secure your item is to pre-order your item.
All pre-orders require a full payment.
If pre-orders are part of a larger order, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive other products that do not have "pre-order" status, please ensure you complete a separate order for products that are in stock.
